The booking is accepting ‘including breakfast’ but as a matter of fact please note that there is NO RESTAURANT at the moment. The one that is listed is actually under renovation. The roof was leaking even at the reception area. The room are stinky and suffocating. I could not stay there at all. I checked out within 1 hour of check-in and booked elsewhere. This place is absolutely not bearable for those who want to stay for overnight or a few days. It may be okay for someone wanting to use the room for couple of hours and leave.I must get full refund of the booking.

Everything was really bad

There was so much of mosquitoes in the room and i couldnt sleep. The bedsheet was dirty. There was cockroach on the bed. Power points not working and i could not charge my phones. The person who brought me to the room was drunk. I check out in 3 hours because i really got beaten by so many mosquitoes

Bedroom had COCROACHES flying over head , air conditioning not working whole day , made booking for over 4 days wasn’t able to stay more than 27 hours , when asked for refund was told to contact booking.com , don’t know what good ll come out of it.

They asked me to make a pre-payment for my booking and sent me a link that to a website that didn't even show the booking to make payment. Later, customer service informed that it was fine to make the payment at check-in time. When the guest arrived at the hotel, they informed her that because the pre-payment was not made they cancelled the booking and there were no rooms left. The manager whom spoke with on the phone basically said it was not his problem and asked me to take the matter up with booking.com/oyo hotels customer service!

The only good thing about the property is its near the airport.

Everything. The rooms are small and infested with cockroaches. There is a cockroach house on the roof which is clearly seen and i asked the staff to send someone to clean it and it was not done. You can literally see things growing on that roof and i have a photo of it, geesh!!!
